Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker & Sales Manager
Manager and trusted Associate Broker of Nu-Place Realty, Yael Goldman has twenty-six years of experience at the firm. A recognized professional known for her supportive nature, problem-solving abilities and far-reaching real estate experience, Yael extends her marketplace knowledge and industry expertise to residential developers, owners, investors and homebuyers.
Her industry reputation is based on fostering win-win relationships with clients over several years and drawing on her unparalleled experience managing numerous facets of the business to make the process seamless for her clients.
Heading up landmark New York City projects such as The Continental Park in Elmhurst; The Birchwood House, a luxury coop in Jackson Heights; Sheila Terrace, Jackson Heights and Forest Royale Condominium in Forest Hills, Yael combines a thorough knowledge of real estate, from buying and selling, to being able to communicate easily with people, negotiate on the spot, and clearly understand and voice a seller’s and buyer’s vision.
Yael’s passion for supporting others began in the mid-80s when she was appointed Board President of a cooperative in Queens. It was at this time that Yael met and began to work with Nathan Fridman. Seeing in Yael the makings of an industry trailblazer, Nathan hired her to work at Nu-Place Realty.
During these foundational years Yael learned to think on her feet and adapt to ever changing circumstances. Her personal commitment to helping people at every stage of their real estate journey is a key part of what makes clients return to Nu-Place Realty time and again.
Yael keeps fit through skiing, swimming and cycling. For her, being athletic and striving to be in top form is similar to how she performs professionally: with continued training and education, adapting to the needs of her clients, creating lasting relationships.
